Another fine excuse...

Well, not surprisingly, I've been quite tardy with blogging AGAIN!
Lately, I've been laid up with my damned back; strained it three times this month.  Silly stuff each time.  I know better.  I just don't DO better!  Even the doc calls me 'Dummy' anymore.  Can't say he's wrong about that.
The weather has been rather unpredictable lately; rain, wind, sun, heat, you name it; but, in my shape it's hard to even lift a camera, so lots of opportunities have gone by the boards as it were.
The wife's birthday is Friday; she still won't tell me what she wants and even after all  these years, I don't know what to do.
Some good news: One of my pictures took a Second Premium ribbon at the Interstate Fair a couple weeks ago.  That was a very pleasant surprise.
It's getting harder to recover from injuries; is it because of age, or are the injuries worse?

Well, the wife has gone back to work today; I'm not sure how to feel about it.
The original plan was to retire in a warm place, debt-free, and lots of $$$ in the bank.  But, here we are, back where we started, worse off than ever.  Wasted about 7 years.
